Our operations team coordinates with vessel owners, agents, and surveyors prior to arrival. Berth allocation, product compatibility checks, and regulatory pre-clearance are completed before the vessel arrives at port.
On vessel arrival, our team conducts a joint inspection with the vessel's chief officer. Tank conditions, ullage readings, and product samples are taken and documented by independent surveyors.
Product transfer operations commence with continuous monitoring of flow rates, pressures, and tank levels. Our team maintains direct communication with vessel crew and shore control throughout.
Upon completion, independent surveyors certify the quantity and quality of cargo transferred. All figures are reconciled and agreed upon by both parties before documentation is issued.
Complete cargo documentation is prepared including Bills of Lading, Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Quantity, and customs export/import documents — delivered promptly to all stakeholders.
